Employing Freelancers From India

Its a gamble most companies are faced with, is it a good idea to hire staff from India to build your website.

In the last 3 years I have worked with about 4 freelancers outside work hours. It is possible to have a successful outcome with employing staff from India, but you need to have local staff to manage them.

I have had issues where they tell me one thing and add extra cost later. Luckily I am skilled and figured out they were trying to dupe me. Other times they didn't know what to do, but said they did just so they could have a job.

Recently I have trained a freelancer and he is now capable of working on my framework with ease and able to solve issues by himself. This leaves me free to work on other projects.
